Materials and construction
Choose PU, saffiano or pebbled vegan leather, 1680D nylon, oxford, RPET, cotton canvas, velvet, satin or clear PVC/TPU film. Linings can be polyester, satin or microfiber, with padded dividers, elastic brush slots, mesh pockets and waterproof inner coating. Zippers, sliders, handles and piping are selected to match the target retail price.
Customization and branding
Logo options include silk-screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery, gold or silver foil stamping, debossing and metal plates. We also support custom dimensions, Pantone color matching, hangtags, woven labels, polybags and gift-box packaging.
MOQ, sampling and lead time
Standard MOQ is 500 pcs per style and color. Sampling takes 5-7 working days after artwork confirmation, and bulk production is typically 20-30 days depending on material and decoration.
Quality and compliance
Our factory is BSCI audited and follows ISO 9001 quality procedures. Inline inspection, 100% needle detection and final AQL checks are applied before shipment. REACH, EN71 and Prop 65 testing can be arranged for PVC and coated materials.
