Pouches are the most flexible format in a soft-goods range. The same basic construction can hold cosmetics, jewelry, small electronics or a promotional gift, which makes pouches a low-risk entry point for buyers testing a new market. BEARKY manufactures zip pouches, drawstring pouches, flat envelopes and structured cases in a single facility, so a buyer can build a coordinated pouch family rather than sourcing each format separately.
Formats and construction
Zipper pouches use nylon, oxford, PU or cotton shells with a matching or contrast zip and an optional lining. Drawstring pouches are produced in cotton, linen, velvet, satin and organza, with single or double drawcord and optional bead or metal ends. Flat envelopes suit jewelry and accessories, while structured cases use padded panels or rigid inserts for fragile items. Each format can be resized and re-proportioned without changing the visual identity of the range.
Materials and finishing
Fabric options include 1680D nylon, 600D polyester, RPET recycled polyester, cotton canvas, linen, velvet, satin, organza and PU leather. Linings can be polyester, satin, microfiber or wipe-clean coated. Finishing options include bound or piped edges, topstitching, embossed panels, quilted surfaces and custom zip pulls. Hardware is selected for the intended price point, from nylon coil zips to polished metal sliders.
Branding and personalization
Decoration methods include screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery, woven labels, satin labels, foil stamping, debossing and metal logo plates. For gift and retail programs we also supply printed hangtags, barcodes, care labels and polybag or box packaging. Pantone colour matching is available across fabric, zip tape, drawcord and printing.
MOQ, sampling and lead times
Standard MOQ is 500 pcs per style and color. Sampling takes 5-7 working days after artwork confirmation. Bulk production is normally 20-30 days, depending on fabric, lining and decoration complexity, and our capacity supports both repeat orders and seasonal launches.
Quality control and compliance
Our factory is BSCI audited and follows ISO 9001 quality procedures. Incoming fabric inspection, inline checks, 100% needle detection and final AQL inspection are standard on every order. REACH, EN71 and Prop 65 testing can be arranged for fabrics, coatings and printed inks, with reports issued for the exact materials used.
