Materials
Eco-friendly PVC film from 0.3 mm to 0.8 mm, with TPU available for buyers who prefer a non-PVC option. Film can be clear, frosted, tinted or printed.
Compliance
Phthalate-free formulations tested to REACH, EN71 and Prop 65. Test reports can be issued for the exact film and ink combination used in your order.
Sealing and construction
High-frequency voltage welding creates clean, leak-resistant edges; reinforced stitching is used where a fabric binding is specified. Optional piped edges, zip pulls, handles and hanging loops are available.
Branding
Screen printing, UV printing, hot stamping and custom-shaped patches are all suitable for clear film. We can also supply printed inserts and branded headers.
MOQ, sampling and lead time
MOQ is 500 pcs per design. Sampling takes 5-7 working days; bulk production is normally 20-30 days depending on printing complexity.
