Structures that match the use case
We produce four core formats. The zip-top wash bag is the volume staple, built with a wide opening and a wipe-clean interior. The hanging toiletry bag adds a metal or plastic hook and fold-out panels, which suits hotel bathrooms and shared accommodation. The travel organizer uses removable dividers and elastic loops to hold bottles, brushes and razors separately. The pouch-and-bottle set combines a transparent or fabric pouch with refillable travel bottles for gift-with-purchase and airline amenity programs. Each format can be resized, restructured and re-lined without changing the outer design language.
Materials, linings and hardware
Shell options include 1680D nylon, oxford fabric, RPET recycled polyester, cotton canvas, PU and vegan leather. Interior linings are selected for liquid resistance: PVC-coated polyester, TPU film or wipe-clean laminated fabric, with bound seams to reduce wicking. Hardware is chosen for travel conditions, including anti-rust metal zippers, heavy-duty sliders, reinforced handle anchors and optional hanging hooks. Piping, webbing, mesh pockets and elastic loops are added according to the packing list your customer actually carries.
Customization and branding
Branding methods include silk-screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery, woven labels, rubber patches, foil stamping and debossing. We can also produce custom linings, printed care labels, hangtags, barcodes and retail packaging. For hotel and amenity programs, logos can be applied to the bag, the zip pull and the packaging in a single coordinated run.
MOQ, sampling and lead times
Standard MOQ is 500 pcs per style and color. Sampling takes 5-7 working days after artwork and material confirmation, and bulk production is typically 20-30 days depending on fabric, lining and decoration complexity. Our monthly capacity supports repeat programs and seasonal launches without spreading production across multiple vendors.
Quality control and compliance
Our factory is BSCI audited and works to ISO 9001 quality procedures. Production runs include incoming material checks, inline inspection, 100% needle detection and final AQL inspection before packing. REACH, EN71 and Prop 65 testing can be arranged for coated fabrics, films and printed inks, and test reports are issued against the exact materials used in your order.
